What does the valuation cost?
Nothing. The valuation is free and does not oblige you to sell with us.
Which documents do I need?
None for the first assessment. Address, living space, year of construction and condition are enough. For a precise valuation we later look at the land register extract, the declaration of division and, for let properties, the tenancy agreement.
Do you also value let apartments and properties outside Berlin?
Yes. We broker property throughout Germany, let apartments as well as houses, apartment buildings and commercial property.
What happens after the valuation?
If you wish to sell, we discuss price and approach, prepare photos and the exposé and take care of viewings, negotiation and the preparation of the notary appointment.
